I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch No. 104 of the 7th Sept., relating to the imperfect interpretation in the Courts.
When sent off calculations Department at Hongkong, the Papers regarding interference with the interpretation were under consideration.
I have for some time past been considering the subject, and I have taken the advantage of hearing the final working of the system which has been formed.
